Huge Malls !! A flaw observed

I was roaming in a mall of my town and there was a very prominent thing that i observed. Every customer that came in used to buy the products that were exactly in his eye level and sometimes there were some who decided they wanted to buy something and their views changed while roaming in the mall. This can be the branding that the company has done and also many times the excitement of trying something new. But between all this there was one conman thing while shopping nobody wants to bend down and look at the products. It boring and tiresome when there are huge malls.
