Traffic Signals A Fundamental Flaw for India!

Let me tell you something about the Indian Driving Manner. There are certain rules that you need to abide by to drive safely in India:

1. There are no lane rules applicable here. You can change from 1st lane to the 3rd or even the 4th lane with an ease equal to using a smartphone.
2. There are signals but which to follow is guided by the people who are driving.
3. If you are a pedestrian, then you have all the right to walk even in the middle of the road and there is a guarantee you will be harmless. People have got the expertise to drive with sudden obstacles in the way.
4. If you are a driver, honk as much as you can because though you feel the other person is an idiot, the one driving at your back feels you are an idiot to drive like that.

Well lets see it through a small video...

Now coming to our main point. Dont look at the problem of traffic. Think if you are driving in such conditions and there, it is an orange singnal what will you do. Yes, if you are from outside India, the direct answer is to stop safely, but lets look at the difference:

So what is the Fundamental flaw here. If you are driving in a jam packed traffic, there is no clue what yellow light means. You cannot wait for it to change else some idiot from the back might just hit you, and yes there is only hit and run that is applicable, there will be hardly anyone who will stop after hitting you.

So how can we change this flaw of yellow light? Think of ways we can change the signal so it becomes easy for people to understand.
