Air Pollution !! - A Small Solution

In my this blog i have focused on the transport sector which is the major contributor among all the other air pollutants. 

So thinking on the basic terms i have thought of a solution where in the CCTV cameras that are kept on the traffic signals should be redesigned. These CCTV cameras will not only catch the person who is breaking the law but these cameras will be able to detect the carbon emission of the automobile. A brief can be seen as below:

Here the CCTV cameras will capture all the emissions that are done by the vehicles and we know how the process follows of the fine. Here the government will earn millions but will be a headache for the people who are driving. But this will also improve the peoples habit of not maintaining or servicing the automobile. 

On the other part the drivers can use the other gadget that i have devised. This gadget is show below in the image: 

These carbon filters can be attached and detached any time required and this will help the drivers not getting charged/fined by the police when sometimes they are taking the car for maintenance or servicing and also these days people don't have time to think about the environment so if this is attached then there will be reduction in the pollution and they don't have to worry about the pollution emitted by the car for a year. 

I know that people will make this devise as a habit of using this and still not get their automobile serviced but the manufacturing of this device and also the CCTV cameras will bring about a lot of employment and earning opportunity for people.
